2018-2019 Registration Information 

Online registration will begin July 19, 2018.  All parents/guardians of student may take part in the online registration process using the Harmony online tool on any computer or internet-capable digital device.  Book fees may also be paid online. Online registration must be completed by 3:00 on July 27th.  Please direct questions regarding registration or requests for a Harmony username and password to Gretchen Wallace at  

South Putnam Middle School / High School's Student Resource and Learning Center will be open daily July 23rd through July 27th, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m & the evening of July 26th until 7:00 pm. (closed from 11:30-12:30 for lunch).   Any parent of a student in the corporation needing help or access to a computer can register during this time; it does not matter which school within South Putnam the child will be attending.

Central Elementary will be open Wednesday, July 25th from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Fillmore Elementary will be open Wednesday, July 25th from 12:00 p.m. to7:00 p.m. and Thursday, July 26th from 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. 

All mandatory state and corporation forms are included in the online registration.  

Student drivers may obtain a $5.00 parking space permit once registration is completed.  Parking permits must be picked up from the Middle School/ High School in person.  

Additional Registration Information:

  • Parents may pay online this year using a credit or debit card.
  • Parents should make every effort to register during the registration days. If this is not possible, contact your student's school to make arrangements.
  • For parents who may qualify for free and reduced lunches and textbooks, applications are available during online registration.  Applicants may print them off of our website, or pick one up at the Middle School / High school.
  • Middle school and high school students must also register annually in the One2One damage waiver program prior to receiving his or her device. Once on the One2One site, click "Enroll My Device."
  • Middle school or high school students with schedule conflicts or questions should contact the middle school / high school office at 765.653.3148 to talk to a guidance counselor, or email Mr. Gardner at
