What's Happening

School will be closed on November 19, 2019
South Putnam Community School Corporation will be canceling school on Tuesday, November 19, 2019. The technical reason for the cancellation is due to staff shortages that prevent a safe and adequate operation of our schools; however, the root cause is inadequate public education funding from state-elected leaders. It is unfortunate that there is a need for Indiana educators to drive to Indianapolis to remind elected leaders of the legislators' recent public education funding failures.
