4/03/20 COVID-19 Related School Update
Governor Eric Holcomb announced Indiana schools will be closed for the remainder of the 2019-2020 school year. SPCSC will be using some Home Learning Days in April and May to continue learning for our students. That schedule is reflected in our Spring 2020 Learning Plan Calendar. Grab-and-go breakfasts and lunches will be available for weekly pick up for students through the end of the learning calendar. Click on this article for more details and links to information.

Work Permits - Temporary Policy
The Indiana Department of Labor has temporarily suspended the requirement for employers to have on file work permits for 16 and 17 year-olds effective beginning Monday, March 16. Information is posted at https://www.in.gov/dol/.

Food Request Form Image
Spring 2020 Student Food Request Form
We will be distributing breakfast and lunch grab-and-go meals to SPCSC students each Monday from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. at South Putnam High School (door 9) and Fillmore Elementary (front entrance) beginning March 30th. Parents/guardians or student drivers may pick up meals for the week. These pick-ups will be conducted drive-thru style. Families wanting meals should complete the Meal Request Form by clicking "Read More" and clicking the link in the article. All grab-and-go meals are free for all South Putnam School Corporation enrolled students. Additional dates will be added as needed. COVID-19 Plan
As a proactive response to COVID-19 prevention, South Putnam Community Schools is making some changes. Beginning at 10:00 pm March 13, all school facilities will be closed to students and the community. Beginning Monday, March 16, and continuing through Friday, March 20, we will be utilizing Home Learning Days. We will remain closed during Spring Break, March 23 - 27. Please see the letter below for additional information from the South Putnam Administration.
