Optavise Health Website:
The Optavise Health Website is where you will log in to pick your insurance plan, complete open enrollment or change your insurance plan for any special HIPAA event.
Optavise Health Website and Login Instructions
Open Enrollment for Health Insurance typically happens mid-August each year. Open Enrollment is the time of year where you can enroll into health insurance without a qualifying event, as well as change your health plan or add a dependent.
WVWCI School Trust Zero Cost Programs
Being part of the WVWCI School Trust offers many FREE services.
Proactive MD Health Center
Provides services such as family medicine, acute care, medication dispensing and prescriptions, lab work and more. The Health Center also offers services such as weight loss counseling, diabetes management, stress management, and smoking cessation education. All services and prescriptions are free of charge.
To schedule an appointment at a Health Center - one can call to schedule an appointment, stop by the Health Center to schedule an appointment or use the portal to select an appointment date and time.
After-Hours Line
Access to an on-call provider any time that your health center is not open, including after hours, on weekends, and on holidays, at no additional cost, 365 days a year.
First Stop Health
A 24/7 telemedicine care for health issues like cold, flu, sinus issues and more. This is a free benefit to any employee with insurance through the WVWCI School Trust.
First Stop Mental Health
Virtual counseling takes place wherever you are via phone for immediate help or short-term, solution-focused counseling sessions. This is a free benefit to any employee with insurance through the WVWCI School Trust.

Hendricks Regional Orthopedic Center for Excellence

Ascension St. Vincent Cardiovascular Care Program
